"Have we ever met before?" - New series of painting

My mum used to take me to a zoo in my neighbor when I was a child.

There was one chimpanzee staring at me all the time with beautiful eyes.

I didn't know if the chimpanzee was a male or female,

but somehow I thought the chimpanzee was a female and

looked at me as if she was looking at her baby.
